This policy applies to all orders on this site and clarifies related rules for logistics delivery, shipping fee calculation, timeliness commitments, customs duties and taxes, after-sales logistics, and strictly complies with logistics and customs regulations of the destination country/region.
1. Delivery Scope and Supported Countries/Regions
Currently, this site supports delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and Australia.
If your country/region is not yet on the supported list, you can contact customer service to inquire whether forwarding or purchasing services are supported.
For certain regions affected by trade policies or logistics channel restrictions, the delivery scope may be temporarily adjusted. Before adjustments, notifications will be provided via website announcements or order notifications.
2. Shipping Fee and Tax Calculation Rules
Cross-border order costs consist of the product price, cross-border shipping fee, and customs/taxes. The specific rules are as follows:
1) Shipping Fee Standards
Shipping fees are primarily calculated based on the total weight/volume of the items and the delivery country/region, supporting the following two methods:
– Fixed Shipping Fee: Some countries/regions apply a uniform shipping fee, e.g., **[X] USD per order** (applicable for orders weighing ≤[X] kg);

2) Customs Duties and Tax Instructions
The listed prices on this site are tax-exclusive. Duties, value-added tax (VAT), consumption tax, and other import taxes for cross-border orders are borne by the buyer.
The tax amount is calculated by the customs of the destination country/region based on product category, declared value, and tax rate. The actual collection by customs prevails, and we will assist in completing the declaration.
If your country/region has a tax exemption threshold for cross-border e-commerce (e.g., EU distance sales threshold), part of the taxes within the threshold may be exempt, and amounts exceeding the threshold must be paid according to regulations. Actual policies are subject to real-time customs rules.
If orders are returned or detained by customs due to the buyer’s failure to pay taxes in time, resulting logistics return fees and product losses will be borne by the buyer. We will assist with the refund (deducting any incurred logistics costs).
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
1. Shipping Time
The shipping rules for cross-border orders are the same as domestic orders, with additional cross-border specific rules:
In-stock Products: Orders paid before 16:00 on working days will be shipped within 48 hours; orders paid after 16:00 will be postponed to the next working day.
Customized / Pre-order Products: The shipping time is based on the “Estimated Shipping Time” clearly indicated on the product detail page. If there are supply chain adjustments, we will notify you 7 working days in advance.
Special Situations: Shipping may be delayed due to customs inspections, logistics channel maintenance, extreme weather, etc. We will proactively contact you to discuss a solution.
2. Delivery Time Commitment
Delivery time is calculated from the date the product is shipped, excluding customs clearance and inspection time. Delivery times vary by region as follows:

– The delivery time is a standard industry reference, not an absolute commitment.
– In case of customs inspection, policy changes, logistics congestion, or other force majeure causing delay, we will assist in follow-up but are not responsible for additional compensation.
– Order delivery times may be extended due to holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year in the destination country/region). Thank you for your understanding.
4. Shipping Methods and Logistics Tracking
1. Shipping Method Selection
Our site automatically matches the optimal logistics channel (such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, international express lines, etc.) based on the order weight and delivery area to ensure logistics efficiency and safety;
If you have a designated logistics channel request, you can note it when contacting customer service, and we will try our best to coordinate (additional fees or timing adjustments may apply);
For valuable items (such as those with a unit price exceeding [X] USD), insured shipping is selected by default, with the insurance fee borne by us to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation.
2. Logistics Information Tracking
After the order is shipped, the system will automatically send the tracking number and carrier information to the email you provided;
You can track the real-time logistics status through the following methods:
① On the website, go to “My Orders – Cross-border Orders – Logistics Tracking” page and click the tracking number to go directly to the carrier’s official website;
② Contact customer service and provide the order number / phone number to assist with tracking.
5. Customs Clearance and Delivery Rules
1. Customs Clearance Assistance
We will declare the product information (name, quantity, value, material, etc.) truthfully according to the customs regulations of the destination country / region and provide the necessary documents for customs clearance (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.);
If customs requires supplementary information (such as product authorizations, material descriptions, etc.), we will cooperate to provide it as soon as possible. Customs clearance time depends on the customs review process;
If customs clearance is delayed due to errors in the recipient information provided by the buyer (such as address, name, contact information), the buyer will be responsible. We will assist in handling, but any additional costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
2. Delivery Requirements and Inspection
When signing for the package, please check the integrity of the external packaging, tracking number, product quantity, style, and size, and confirm that everything is correct before signing;
If you find damaged, wrong, missing, stained/defective items, take photos on the spot as evidence and contact customer service within 24 hours of signing. We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund (due to longer cross-border logistics return cycles, a replacement is recommended);
If no issues are reported within 24 hours after signing, it will be considered as correctly received, and logistics-related complaints for damages or wrong shipments will no longer be accepted (as it cannot be evidenced that the logistics are at fault).
6. After-Sales Logistics Rules
1. Return and Exchange Logistics Policy
The process for order returns and exchanges is complex and must strictly follow the rules below:

Return Process:
– Contact customer service to submit a return/exchange request, providing order number, photos/videos of the issue;

– The buyer sends back the product and keeps the tracking number;
– After the product is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement (refund cycle approximately 7-15 working days, including banking processing time).
VII. Policy Adjustments and Contact Us
1. Policy Adjustments
We will adjust this policy based on the logistics policies, customs regulations, and changes in international logistics channels of the destination country/region. Major changes will be notified 30 days in advance through website announcements, order notifications, emails, and other forms. Orders generated before the adjustment will still be executed according to the original rules.
